| CES Industries,
Inc. and CompTIA have made special arrangements to allows students
and schools participating in the CES CompTIA certification programs
to be able to purchase vouchers for the respective examinations at
a greatly reduced price. This page outlines the policies and procedures
that are in place that will facilitate the purchase of these vouchers.

| 1. Who is eligible to purchase
vouchers? |
| Only schools and institutions
that are not for profit or publicly funded are able to purchase vouchers
from us. In addition, the school MUST have purchased either the 2912,
2924 or 900N (A+® or Network+® Trainers) from CES, and MUST
be currently using our program as it was intended to be used. For
profit institutions, schools that do not have our training equipment
or individuals will NOT be allowed to purchase vouchers from us. |

| 2. What is the current price
for the A+ Voucher? |
| The current price as of
May 17, 2007 is $105.00($100.00 for the voucher and $5.00 transportation
charge) for each section of the exam, which totals $210.00 for the
complete examination. The complete examination consists of the Core
examination and the Operating System Technologies examination. All
prices are subject to change, and you MUST verify the price prior
to placing an order for vouchers. Incorrect prices will NOT be honored
and the order will be refused. |

| 3. What is the current price
for the Network+ Voucher? |
| The current price as of
May 17, 2007 is $175.00($165.00 for the voucher and $5.00 transportation
charge) for the examination. All prices are subject to change,
and you MUST verify the price prior to placing an order for vouchers.
Incorrect prices will NOT be honored and the order will be refused. |

| 4. How do I order the vouchers? |
|
Vouchers can be ordered in quantities as
small as one. We only accept voucher orders that are accompanied
by full payment, made by school check, school purchase order, or
United States Postal Money Order. We do not accept personal checks
or any type of credit card.
To order the vouchers by purchase order.
a. Send the Purchase Order to: CES Industries,
Inc. 130 Central Avenue, Farmingdale, New York 11735.
b. Indicate the type of voucher you wish
to purchase.
c. Indicate the quantity of vouchers you
are requesting.
d.Total the purchase order and submit it
to us. We process vouchers once a week on Mondays.
To order by school check or money order:
a. Indicate the type of voucher you wish to
purchase.
b. Indicate the quantity of vouchers you
are requesting.
c. Enclose payment in full for the vouchers
and mail payment directly to CES at the address above. We strongly
suggest that you send this by Federal Express or UPS so that a tracking
number can be assigned and you can be sure that your package has
arrived.

| 5.
When do I receive the vouchers that I have ordered? |
| All voucher orders are processed
once a week on Mondays. The order will be processed, vouchers numbers
assigned, and the vouchers will be sent by Federal Express to the
School that has requested the vouchers. We DO NOT ship vouchers directly
to students. Please do not keep calling to check the status of your
voucher order. We will ONLY process vouchers once a week. |

| 6. I ordered a voucher for
a student to take the test and the student changed their mind. How
do I get a refund? |
| All voucher orders are FINAL.
We no longer give refunds for any voucher that has been issued. Since
the vouchers are not issued to a student in particular, you may assign
that voucher to another student. |

| 7. A student lost the voucher
that I gave him, can I get a replacement? |
| All voucher orders are FINAL
and are to be treated the same as CASH. If a student lost their voucher
they will have to purchase a new one. |

| 8. I am a student that took
the examination and I failed a portion of it, I want to take it again
but I am no longer in school, can I purchase a voucher from you directly? |
| You can not purchase a voucher
directly from us. You can contact your previous instructor and ask
if they would intervene on your behalf, if they choose not to get
involved, then you will have to contact candidate registration services
directly at 1-800-77-MICRO and PAY FULL PRICE. |

| 9. I am a student that was
scheduled to take an examination, and I missed the appointment. What
now? |
| There is absolutely nothing
that anyone can do to help you. If you did not show up for an examination,
you were late, forgot your ID, whatever, you have forfeited your voucher
and will have to PAY to obtain a new one. |

| 10. I am a student, and
have received my vouchers from my instructor, what do I do now? |
| Your instructor received
a letter that accompanied the vouchers that outlined the proper procedure
to schedule an examination. Ask your instructor. |

| 11. I am a student, and
I forgot my wallet when I went to take the test, the test administrator
would not let me take the examination, and sent me home. Can I get
a refund or a new voucher? |

There is absolutely nothing that anyone can
do to help you. If you forgot your ID you have forfeited your voucher
and will have to PAY to obtain a new one.
Your instructor received information regarding
what material is required to take the examination. Please ask your
instructor.

| 12. I am a student and my
instructor asked me to call and ask a question regarding the examination
or vouchers and I was told "We do not speak to students"
and I was not able to get the answer my instructor needed. What's
up? |
| Our official policy is that
we cannot and will not speak to students directly. This includes students
that have been asked to call by their instructors. All instructors
are aware of this policy |
